Nic has run marketing as a CMO across America, Europe, Asia and Australasia.
You cannot run four continents on a good memory, so he learned to build the systems instead. He founded Nugget Creative, and the group, and built the one this agency runs on, and every one we have shipped since.
He served in the New Zealand Army before that.

Rich Tangney
RNZN CLEARANCE DIVER · FIVE COMPANIES FOUNDED
Thirteen years a clearance diver in the Royal New Zealand Navy, then five companies of his own. He co-founded Edison and ran its marketing into Spark, AMP and Southern Cross.
Rich has sat in the chair where the stack does not work and there is nobody to call. He is not the salesman. He is the customer, on your side of the table.
Both of us have worked in global infrastructure, where a system is the only thing that scales and a good memory is not a plan.
The group
NuggetAI is one of four divisions under Nugget. NuggetCreative runs the marketing. NuggetAgent builds the agents. NuggetEvents runs the rooms. When a job needs more than a system, it does not leave the building.
We are based in Tauranga. The work is not. We build for clients across New Zealand and offshore, and a system does not care which time zone it runs in.
