NuggetAI is Nic Haldezos and Rich Tangney. No account manager, no junior building it while a director takes the call, no offshore team you never meet. You get the two of us.

Nic Haldezos

Nic has run marketing as a CMO across America, Europe, Asia and Australasia.
You cannot run four continents on a good memory, so he learned to build the systems instead. He founded Nugget Creative, and the group, and built the one this agency runs on, and every one we have shipped since.
He served in the New Zealand Army before that.
02 — Growth
Rich Tangney
LinkedInRNZN CLEARANCE DIVER · FIVE COMPANIES FOUNDED
Thirteen years a clearance diver in the Royal New Zealand Navy, then five companies of his own. He co-founded Edison and ran its marketing into Spark, AMP and Southern Cross.
Rich has sat in the chair where the stack does not work and there is nobody to call. He is not the salesman. He is the customer, on your side of the table.
Both of us have worked in global infrastructure, where a system is the only thing that scales and a good memory is not a plan.
The group
NuggetAI is one of four divisions under Nugget. NuggetCreative runs the marketing. NuggetAgent builds the agents. NuggetEvents runs the rooms. When a job needs more than a system, it does not leave the building.
We are based in Tauranga. We build for clients across New Zealand, and a system does not care which town it runs in.
NuggetAI is a Tauranga company and is not affiliated with nugget.ai in Canada.
