Case study · Emma Hanover

A course, a community and two countries.

Emma Hanover buys uninhabitable houses that banks will not lend on, roughly one a month. We turned what she knows into a website, a $197 course, an online community of hundreds and a consulting offer for investors in New Zealand and Australia.

    Where the services sell

The operator

One house a month. Not a theory.

Emma buys uninhabitable houses that banks will not lend on, brings them back and sells them. More than twenty five properties, more than twenty five million dollars in funded deals, and featured in the NZ Herald.

She is also a founder of FundHaus, the private property marketplace we built. This is the personal brand that sits above it.

The offer

Three levels of involvement, one method.

The Strategy Room, a 90 minute one to one session with a written plan. The Operator's Table, a weekly call and deal review, capped at five clients. Portfolio Acceleration, buy and hold, done for you.

Each has its own page, its own form and its own price, so the right person finds the right level without a sales call doing the sorting.

The course

Uninhabitable to Bankable.

Twelve modules, sixty lessons and about six hours of video, sold for $197. Two weeks after launch it had made $2,000.

The course gives someone who isn't ready for a $5,500 a month engagement a way in, at a price that doesn't need a phone call.

The community

Hundreds of members, in one place.

The course lives inside an online community with hundreds of members, so every buyer joins people doing the same work rather than watching videos on their own.

It is the warmest audience the business has, and it grows every time someone buys.

Australia

A second country, on its own page.

Australian citizens can buy New Zealand property on the same footing as a New Zealander. The hard part is distance.

So Australia got its own page, its own questions answered in plain English and its own enquiry form, with Emma running the deal on the ground.

The plumbing

Every enquiry saved first, then sent on.

Five forms, each writing to the database before anything else happens. Then the lead goes to the CRM and to its own email list, and the conversion goes back to Meta from the server. If any one of those has a bad day, the enquiry is still safe.

Private financial details from the intake form never leave the database. Not to the CRM, not to the email platform, not to anyone's inbox.

Compliance

Claims she can stand behind, and nothing else.

No return percentage, projected profit or guaranteed outcome appears anywhere on the site. Every number is one she can substantiate. Consulting and education are labelled as exactly that, not financial advice.

The point

One person, selling three ways.

A course for the people who aren't ready. A community that keeps them close. Three services for the ones who are, in two countries.

Underneath it all is the same system: AI and automation moving every enquiry to the right place, and the apps, what most people call agents, doing the repetitive work. So Emma can keep buying a house a month.
